Migration Tasmania Update: Key Changes to Subclass 190 Registrations of Interest
Migration Tasmania has announced crucial updates for subclass 190 Registrations of Interest (ROIs) due to high demand:
- Only ROIs with a Gold Pass will be accepted for subclass 190 nomination for the 2023-24 program year.
- This restriction applies solely to subclass 190 and will last until the start of the 2024-25 program in July 2024.
- Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional visa nomination ROIs remain unaffected.
- Candidates holding a Green Pass for subclass 190 will be invited to apply for nomination, with possible delays until the next program year.
- Subclass 491 ROIs can be updated by withdrawing and resubmitting without impacting processing times.
