Why choose Garuda Migration?

We embrace innovation to increase efficiency and save our clients’ money. Traditional lawyers and migration agents offer full-service migration advice including legal advice, legal research, preparation and lodgment of visa applications and submissions, and representation in
dealings with the Department of Immigration and other agencies. Such services, which often lack in value, may be fine for corporate clients who are busy and are willing to pay for it.
In contrast, for individual clients, who simply want guidance and advice, document review and/or drafting of legal forms, all those services are unnecessary. Therefore, our unbundled services help them choose from services they truly need and thus avoid unnecessary fees
