Oyuna Bordukh, the principal migration agent and founder of Garuda Migration (MARN 1793004). Oyuna first came to Australia in 2002 to pursue her Doctor of Legal Science degree at Bond University, Australia.
As someone who first arrived in Australia on a student visa and then obtained permanent residency, Oyuna understands why migrants move to Australia and believes that people should be given a chance to choose a country where they want to live. Thus, she is passionate about helping her clients navigate Australia’s complex and strict migration law system and find a way to get permanent residency faster. For the last 7 years, she has helped hundreds of international students get Australian visas, including skilled and employer-sponsored visas, family visas, and student and training visas. Combined with her previous 15 years of experience as a lawyer, legal researcher, and policy advisor, Oyuna goes beyond the norm and offers a much more comprehensive service to her clients.
